Payment, Taxes and Other Charges
All prices on this website are GST inclusive with free shipping. The prices for the goods are stated and payable in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is expected 3 -7 business days after order confirmation. If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit/debit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We provide a 12-month warranty and it applies only to products where the ‘12 month warranty’ expressly given in the product listing on this website.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired (for minor issues) or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, if your goods are defective within 12 months of your purchase, we can return the item for repair. If the failure is major and can’t be repaired, we will provide you a replacement or refund for the full amount of the purchase price (in the event that it is not possible to repair the goods or a replacement is unavailable).
