Return Processing 

For product returns, kindly email our Customer Care team at support@GoodGoodHome.com for processing, our friendly team will further assist you.

 

Damaged, Defective, Faulty Item Processing

We will do our very best to send out the products in high-quality packaging. However, we do not have control over the transit handling procedure and in case the product will be damaged during transit, you are entitled to request for replacement or refund. 

For Minor Faulty Items spare parts will be provided and for Major Faulty Items we will collect the item for repair. 

To process, please send an email to our customer care team and attach the Photos or Videos of the defective product.

 

Change of mind returns

In the case you have changed your mind, you are entitled to return the product for a refund or replacement within 14days. The product must be in the original packaging and unused, otherwise,  refund can not be processed.

The refund will be given minus the original postage, handling fee, and 5% administration fee. The return postage will require you to return the item at your own expense.  

 

Late shipment

You can email us at support@GoodGoodHome.com, we will provide the tracking number. We can also request for tracking update from our courier. 

 

Purchases made by mistake

Item/s can be returned for a refund or a replacement within 14 days. Products must be in the original package and unused condition, otherwise, the refund can’t be processed.

Product not as described

We guarantee that all items supplied must be as described and fit for their general or specific purpose. If the criteria cannot be met, your purchase will be replaced or refunded in 14 days after the products arrived at your place. Products must be in the original package and unused condition, otherwise, the refund can’t be processed.

 

Seller Return Policy

Third-party sellers fulfill and ships their own inventory. If you order a product from a seller, it's directly from them, and not from GoodGoodHome.com

Sellers have their return policies and some of them offer a return policy similar to ours. For returns, it will be sent back to the seller instead of GoodGoodHome.com

We recommend you to check the seller's return policy before processing your order and follow their respective return policies.
